Odd that the Resolve uninstaller does not uninstall pgAdmin and associated PostgreSQL components. These /Library/PostgreSQL/ folders/files have a creation date the same as my download of the Installer, so I am assuming Resolve installed them. Gotcha - that's good to know, I am fairly new to the complexities of DB Admin'ing.On systems other than Windows, there probably is a pgAdmin directory in your user directory. The solution was simply to delete %appdata%\pgAdmin which was created by an earlier version.
